Track Your Supply Order....
PHS ships most supply orders by UPS. Once an order is processed, it is assigned a UPS tracking number. To track a UPS order, simply click on the Order Tracking Section of this page and follow the instructions. Large or heavy orders may ship via road freight. PHS uses Old Dominion for nation wide road freight. Once road freight orders are shipped, a Pro number and tracking information will be emailed to you. When tracking road freight shipping status, please have your Pro number ready.

OSHA MSDS Forms....
Federal law dictates that employers must provide information to their employees about hazardous materials and chemicals that employees may be exposed to in the workplace. The vehicle for that information is the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). In general, if your business orders chemicals from PHS your order should contain a MSDS from the manufacturer, so that you can post it in the workplace and keep it in your records. If for some reason that MSDS is missing or misplaced we make every effort to provide downloadable copies below.
