Many of our new customers come to us through our strong reputation for service. Out technical staff is experienced beyond the industry standards to provide you with the highest level of support. Operator training is a key element of our customer service philosophy. A fully trained operator will yield the maximum efficiency from the equipment. Down time is greatly minimized through correct us and care of the equipment. We encourage our customers to schedule training for new operators as soon as possible. Our experience has shown that moral and productivity work hand in hand. A confident trained operator will perform more efficiently. Please contact us for any of your technical needs.

To schedule service please call either of our offices, or you may enter a service request via the web. To do so please open the Service & Support tab on this web site and follow the instructions. If you are placing a service call by phone, from either North or South Carolina, please dial 803-714-0008. If you are calling from Georgia or Tennessee, please dial 770-955-3770. You may also dial us toll free at 877-955-3770. When placing a service call please have the make and model number of the equipment available. If you do not have an account with PHS please have a credit card or company check available once the work is complete.

PHS Service Policy....
On most new equipment our warranty is 12 months on parts and 90 days on labor. Consumable parts are not covered by warranty. Following the warranty service work and travel is billable. Within two days of completed service work you will receive a call from Customer Service. For Quality Assurance purposes you will asked several brief questions. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
