Modeled after the economical and easy-to-use Ryobi 3302M, the 3302H further enhances its ease for operation and reliability as well as improves printing performance. It has the SuperDampener.

Based on the solid 3200 series, these models increase the maximum printing area to accommodate a much wider range of jobs.
Plus, an easy vertical image micro-adjustment device and a photocell type impression ON/OFF device to improve operability and reliability even further.

The RYOBI 524HE includes the RYOBI semiautomatic plate changer, which allows speedy and accurate plate changing, and the RYOBI PCS-J printing control system and RYOBI Program Inking, which reduce color adjustment labor to realize short make-ready times. The 524HE can be fitted with a wide range of options, including a high-precision register punch and automatic cleaning devices, enabling users to upgrade the press according to their needs.

A3-Plus Size 2-Color Offset Press

The RYOBI 522HE features the Ryobi-matic continuous dampening system in its dampening section. This system assures a uniform dampening supply to the plate surface, which enables sharper halftones, glossy solids and finely detailed text. Each ink section consists of 16 ink rollers, including four form rollers with different diameters. This superior design ensures an ample ink coverage ratio over the maximum printing area.

Description:
A3-Plus Size 4-Color Offset Press with Convertible Perfecting Device
Based on the construction, function and operation of the well-reputed RYOBI 524HXX, this RYOBI 524HXXP has been developed to add a convertible perfecting device that allows perfecting in a single sheet pass. In this convertible perfecting device, the changeover between straight printing and perfecting is full-automatic by touch panel operation at the delivery side, and it takes only about 1 minute. The maximum printing speed is 13,000 sheets per hour for both straight printing and perfecting. The newly developed convertible perfecting mechanism with the unique 3-drum arrangement (double-triple-double transfer drum) guarantees high quality outputs for diversified paper stocks and printing materials. Of course, the press incorporates numerous automatic features such as RYOBI semiautomatic plate changer, RYOBI AAC, RYOBI Program Inking, automatic cleaning devices and so on, which are all found in the existing RYOBI 524HXX to greatly reduce the downtime for changing jobs.

Description:
The RYOBI 750 series is a unit construction type B2-size multi-color offset press (tandem type) which adopts the double-diameter impression cylinder and double-diameter transfer drum for each printing unit. The 750 series is built on the superior features of the RYOBI 680 series. The 750 series presses are fast and consistently productive, thanks to a variety of automated devices and functions that reduce the labor involved in controlling printing quality. They offer superior printing quality, and they can provide added value with your printed products. Ryobi can offer RYOBI 750 series in two types (S type, and XL type). XL type is for longer paper size. The RYOBI 750 series presses can be combined with an aqueous or UV coating unit, and an infrared dryer or UV curing unit to create up to 30 variations of 4-color, 5-color, and 6-color presses.

SAKURAI OLIVER-466SIP
Description:
For those who need four-up printing with plenty of extra room on the sheet, as well as three panel jobs, with a sheet size of 18-1/2 x 26”, the 466 SI / SIP is the perfect press.
The Sakurai 466 SI / SIP is available as a straight or perfecting press. With a 15,000 iph running speed the new SI / SIP models are full of automation like, Sakurai Auto Set (SAS), Automatic Plate Changers, Automatic Roller Washers, Automatic Perfector Changeover, Ultra Sonic Double Sheet Detector, Sakurai Color Console with an optional compatibility of a CIP4 interface, and by popular demand, steps on the operator side of the press.

The small footprint of the 466 SI / SIP opens up more production space in any print shop.
